TheMechanical Maintenance Engineer,will be responsible for:

The service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of mechanical installations. This includes ventilation systems such as air handling units (AHUs) and intake/extract systems, heating and cooling systems including thermal wheels and fan coil units (FCUs), as well as water systems like booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.
Preventative and reactive maintenance
Completing compliance checks such as legionella monitoring.
Respond to client queries, report any defects, and provide clear, timely updates.
Maintainaccurate records of inspections,remedial work, and service documentation.

To be successful for this Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role you must have:

Proven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
Relevant qualifications: F-Gas, C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 5, or HNC equivalent.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
